The purpose of this page is to answer the most common questions asked by customers. Before contacting us with your queries please read through this page first as you may find the information you need here.

What is the minimum amount of titles per order ?
The minimum order that we process is 20 titles. The reason we do not accept smaller orders is because our services are directed at wholesalers who buy in bulk. This is a very small minimum compared to other competitors, we do this as first time customers like to make a small order initially to try product and services. Please note that we take a loss on these small orders but we hope that it will lead to larger orders in future.

Do you drop ship your product?
Yes we will drop ship but not on individual discs only on quantities of 20 or more per drop shipping address. An additional .25 cents (usd) will be charged per disc for drop shipping within the USA, .50 cents (usd) per disc will be charged for all other locations.

What currency are the prices listed on the website ?
All prices stated on Tact Shop DVD Wholesale's website are in US Dollars.

How are titles packaged and shipped ?
To keep shipping costs down, titles are shipped without cases. At your end you can put them into cases if desired. It is cheaper for you to buy empty dvd cases locally than for us to ship them to you. All titles are shipped inside plastic sleeves for protection. View product here.

What type of DVDs are these?
All movies are Brand New Region 1 Dvds in NTSC format. They are the highest quality with no Asian Characters on the covers.

Are Your Dvds Region 1 Coded ?
All of our DVDs are Region 1/Region Free. They are also Region Free, which means thay work on all NTSC/PAL dvd players around the world.

What are the Shipping Rates ?
Shipping is free within the United States. International shipping is available for .25 cents (usd) per disc. Shipping includes delivery confirmation, however, it does not include insurance. Insurance may be purchased for an additional fee and is highly recommended. Tact Shop DVD Wholesale will NOT be held responsible for packages after they have been shipped.

What countries do you ship to ?
At Tact Shop DVD Wholesale we ship to anywhere around the world.

What Shipping Methods are used ??
International Airmail for orders outside of the USA. US Postal Service within the USA.

How can I track my order ?
When insurance is purchased for an order there is a tracking number issued. Also, we have a delivery confirmation ticket put on each package.

How long do orders take to process ?
48 - 72 hours to process your order and to ship it out after receipt of payment. This is just an estimation. Other factors do play very important role too, such as the availability of certain titles at the time. To speed up the process please provide substitute titles in case some are out of stock when you order.

How long does it take to receive an order ?

It should typically arrive within 10-14 business days depending on your shipping Zone within the USA. International deliveries vary depending on country being shipped to.

What shall I do if I have not received my package in time ?
We appreciate your patience for a few more days as delays sometimes occur due to weather, public holidays or weekends. If you have still not received your package, let our customer service know. In the mean time, you may go to your nearest Post Office to check for any unclaimed package(s) which may belong to you.

What is the return policy of Tact Shop DVD Wholesale?
Sorry, Tact Shop DVD Wholesale does not accept return of goods.

What is the replacement policy ?
We will only replace packages which have been insured by the customer. Packages lost which are insured will be replaced once claim with shipper has been successfully resolved. We strongly urge all customers to purchase insurance to protect your investment. Replacements will be sent with next order purchased. If there is no new order then we will not make replacements.

What happens if I have received a defective title

If you have received a defective title (perhaps due to inproper handling during shipping), and you purchased insurance on your package, please let us know, we'll sort out this problem for you. You may be asked to send back the defective titles for replacement.We will not be responsible for returned shipping fee nor for packages which were not insured.

Do I need to Pay Customs/Duty On these DVDs entering my country?
Usually Customs/Duty isn't needed when receiving titles. But if it is required, remember to make full payment of taxes / duties to Customs in your country.The responsibility of customs/duty taxes rests solely with the purchaser

Does Tact Shop DVD Wholesale offer Cat-5 Preview Release DVDs ?
While other suppliers based in Asia may offer Pre-Released titles that may even still be at the cinema where you live. Tact Shop DVD Wholesale will never sell these type of movies. All titles on our website have been released in USA.
